Today, I checked out my Twitter Fox and I discovered this crazy Facebook Connect integration. Experience it right now, it will be much better than reading about this.

This reminds a bit Kill Zone Application 2 months ago but it did not work on my computer (I guess my connection was too slow). I was so surprised to see my personnal photos used. For me, one of the best Web Experience since Wario Land on Youtube.

No, traditionnal media are not died yet. Do not forget that everybody’s not using an iPhone or Internet all day long… They’re still here and maybe people will find them some new ways to use them. This example found thank to the excellent Helge Theno.
On one of the most famous place in the world, especially for its billboards, Mc Donald’s used a LED screen to show different clips. Instead of taking the usual photo to say « I’ve been in Picadilly », now, you can interact with these animations. Just below, this is an example found on the dedicated Flickr account.

Honda gives an interesting follow-up to its TV spot

After the famous example for Wario on Wii on Youtube (Fluid’post here), Honda does the same but on Vimeo. Believe me the result is really nice and perfectly designed. I think that choosing Vimeo was relevant, especially for this campaign, indeed, it’s a bit more classy and quality oriented than any other video platform. I must confess that I did not really like so much the TV spot even if it was impressive. Of course, you can have a quick look on this video here but you would miss a really nice digital stuff, so go here.

As the TV spot comes from W + K Amsterdam, I guess that’s the same for this special video.

Last days, I saw very interesting cases about social media and brands. I realised that’s something that really interests me more and more. Of course, you have the most famous cases like Starbuck or American Apparel but not only…

On Mashable website, I discovered that Ford selected 100 persons to test their Ford fiesta for 6 months. During this period, the 100 « web addicts » will have to give their feelings about the product by using social media, here, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube anf Flickr. You can have a look but, for the moment, I did not think that the content was relevant… it’s just the beginning. So keep an eye on this.

Yesterday, Mike Arauz published an interesting presentation about the spectrum of online friendship. This explains the online friendship and give some advices for brands. Even for personnal branding, I think slides No. 19/20/21 are particulary helpful.
